I went to Monarch Medspa for a consultation about laser tattoo removal. I was really unhappy with my experience at the Philadelphia location. The customer service was so poor and unprofessional, I felt like I was being rushed through the consultation with no real regard for my questions or concerns. I just did not get a good vibe, so I trusted my instincts and decided to not go further. This was several months ago. Recently, I called the King of Prussia location for a consultation, as I really wanted to have my tattoo removed. The K of P office is amazing. My consultation was excellent, Catherine really listened to me, answered all of my questions and made me feel completely comfortable and confident with the procedure. I signed up right then. I have had 1 treatment so far, and my tattoo is very faded just from the 1st appointment (my tat is all shades of gray, not very dark and no color). My nurse tech was Laurene, and she was amazing! I am so thrilled with them, and would use them for any number of services... just NOT in the Philadelphia office!!
