I recently took some garments into the dry clean depot to have them serviced. Usually they have done o.k work with my pants and shirts so i decided to see if they could dry clean one of my more expensive garments. The customer service guy assured me that it would not be a problem to dry clean the garment and left the article of clothing with the cleaners. Two days later when i went to pick up my dry cleaning i immediately went from the cleaners to my tailor to have some alterations done.When i took the garment out of the bag is when i noticed THAT THEY HAD RUINED MY EXPENSIVE SILK DRESS. It looks as if its been laundered and then stomped on. I took the dress back immediately and brought it to the mangers attention, to which he said "oh its just not pressed well. Let me redo it free of charge for you". Needless to say, i acquiesced and when i picked the garment up yesterday it looks worse. Now the owner is saying its not his fault and i brought the garment to him like that. Are you kidd
