We really enjoyed shopping baby time and placed our order on some really great merchandise in July....that's when the headaches began. The merchandise we did receive the day of our purchase (they don't stock hardly anything unless its a floor model) was broken and we had to re-order parts, which took 2 months to receive. The other portion of our order has yet to be fulfilled...It's October!!!, and the baby is due very, very soon.Don't expect them to return calls either.Terrible service and a lot of excuses.
