I loved Dr. Berger and continued to go after he left-- What a mistake! Dr. Yen has little connection with animals and is always trying to upsell products. Just because they bought a new dental x-ray machine does not mean every patient needs x-rays to help them pay for it! Come on, why would I get a full dental on a 6 month old kitten??? The staff used to be the one benefit of going there, but lately they seem to get an entirely new set of techs monthly. They are very disorganized, losing the samples they took from my animals before the labs were run. Not only did they make me bring my dog back in to take new samples, but they wanted to charge me for another office visit!! \r
