This category of businesses is a high margin one due to the fact that it is a hobby type. That said, one is able to get excellent discounts and still get training and service at this store. I shopped and shopped for a Viking Quilting machine and frame online and on eBay, and then went in a was able to get a better price from Steve and still gain the local service that I wanted. If you're looking for something in the Viking line, I highly recommend this store. My wife who is the quilter says they are the best of any store she has patronized in the entire area.
