I heard about this company on a local broadcasting show that recommended it, so i went and took a look at their physical store. I saw a new laptop that interested me and bought it. I thought the deal was great until I found out that the manufacturer had a new model in the market that was better in every way and cheaper. I had the computer for a couple days and decided to go down to the store again and talk to the manager. I waited for 30 minutes until I actually got to see him. For the few seconds I got to talk to him I described to him that I wanted to return the computer and order the newer model from him. He then goes into his office and leaves me waiting for another 30 minutes until his secretary lets me know that he is looking and that I should come back another time. So I leave and contact them the next day. His secretary tells me that he isn't there, to call later. I call later. Now she says that he is busy that he will call me. So it's goes on like this for 4 days. I could not get in contact with him, (keeping in mind that I have 7 days to return the item). Time passes by and nothing happened. I look at their policy on their online store stating that any return will be subject to a 15% percent restocking fee. Little that I know that at their physical store the restocking fee was 25%?! 1/4 of the price! Inconsistent and ridiculous. They also state that, ""We will match any nationally advertised printed mass circulation prices on the same in-stock items/offers-ITEMS WITH REBATE OFFERS ARE WE CAN NOT MATCH."" (computer annex usa corp- 'terms and conditions'). NATIONALLY ADVERTISED PRINTED price? That's a stretch, considering that they sell out of date, used , refurbished or discontinued models. I just hope no one has to go through what I went through.
Pros: You could look for products elsewhere
Cons: Horrible everything
