As for the doctors I saw there, Dr. Welch and Diane, I was very happy with my care. I felt that they were both very thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. \r

However, on the billing end, I am very disappointed. The accounting staff are very rude and seem to have forgotten that they are part of a business where customer service should be important. I was repeatedly billed and threatened with collections for an accounting issue that ultimately turned out to be THEIR fault. I am still waiting for an apology...
