My wife ordered wedding flowers weeks in advanced for my daughters wedding. I personally went in two weeks before the wedding to get a detailed list of what was ordered and to make the finial payment. I was told that the list would be sent in the mail. I never received the list and unfortunately forgot about it. On the wedding day the flowers arrived and they were not what my wife and daughter ordered. Snodgrass took them back and reworked them and got them back in time for the wedding. We noticed they did not give us a bouquet for the bride to throw. We called them for the second time and they said it was not ordered. Since I never received a detailed list what could we do. Do to these two things I cannot recommend this company.
