My husbands TAG watch came back with greasy disgusting fingerprints all over it, they didn't even wipe it off. Little did I realize the prints were there to hide the big scratch on the face of the watch (which wasn't there when I came in). \r

Upon pointing it out, I received the rudest most confrontational "service" from the jerk owner (total trash guy) and told me to take him to small claims was his remark. He began YELLING AT ME, and then accused me of coming into his business to "start trouble". Oh please, I have 2 businesses and a real job I don't have time to play with trashy people whose business has been around longer than I've been alive and can't grow their business to be bigger than my living room.
