Hello, I have just moved in to this complex and that guy whoever he was couldnt be further from the truth..my apt. Is spotless everything is or looks brand new yes there are many different lifestyles here but this is America and there our lots of apts so you expect variety esp. in California...Believe me I have lived all over and yes these are your standard apts they are kept very nice and the lanscaping is beautiful..I had a maintenance call and I was shocked 15 minutes later the man was at my door and it was fixed...so anyway I am from the south and I am very happy with this complex..they made me feel at home ....
