I got attitude from the male receptionist when I made my appointment and then again when I went to pay. He just couldn't be bothered with helping me because I was interupting whatever he was in the middle of that was oh so important. The cut I got from Rebecca was good. She's meticulous, but has time management issues. I sensed that she ran 15 minutes late for all her appointments. She's very chatty as well, which can be a good or not good thing.
