Bought a vehicle from this company online and thought I had a good deal with a fairly reputable dealer. The whole transaction was smooth, except that the vehicle made a funny noise in the transmission area. They took it to the local Ford dealership where thaey were told it was a major component that needed replacement. They then offered me half the total cost of the repair, which is required by law in Arizona. That was my first mistake, I should have walked away then. I took the deal and three weekds later I received a check, but not before I had to replace the water pump (leaked on the way home), the radiator (leaked after I flushed it for the water pump), the right rear wheel (bent and undrivable above 55 MPH), the windshield wipers were shot, all the tires need replacment (due to bent wheel), front end alignment (after complete rebuild of front end), replacement of tensioner pully, replacement of bad fuel injector (after extensive compresion check) and to top it all off, they didn't even fill my tank up when I drove off the lot (1/2 tank). Total cost of everything over $6,000.00 and nothing I could do except take it on the chin. I will never do business with this company again.
