When you think that you are going to a high end salon that you would be paying high end prices you would THINK the salon would at least look updated, and the customer service would be up to par. I was recomended to see Jeffery, he was great loved the haircut. Experienced awkward situation with arguing between colorist vrs. stylist that made the enviorment uncomfrotable and put lot of tension in the room. The staff was inconsiderate.
