The customer service we received recently while trying to buy a car was horrible. While at the carlot there were no warm or friendly greetings. We filled out the credit applications and were told we would receive a response the following morning. We never received a return phonecall. I called again to talk with the gentleman about buying a car and he kept stating that he would call back. There was a complete lack of priority on the dealership's behalf. I would not recommend Doman Auto if you are looking for friendly customer service and a enjoyable experience buying a car.
