My husband and I went to Evergreen Ford to buy a new truck. It was absolutely the worst experience either of us have ever had buying a car. We wasted 3 hours there and left without buying anything because the saleman and manager were so horrible. On top of it, they hounded us afterward. First, we got a call to find out ""how we liked our new car."" Uh, HELLO, we didn't buy one! Then they keep calling us every week or so asking us if we're still in the market. Every time we tell them we bought our Excursion from another dealership and to stop calling, yet the calls keep coming. We are starting to feel harrassed! If they call again I will certainly lose it. Please do not buy your car from this dealership. We went to Pacific Coast Ford in Federal Way and it was great!
