I ordered a sectional and a chaise. Sofa took 8 weeks to finish. On the first delivery, only the sectional showed up and the delivery had no idea about a chaise. The sofa's quality was bad, much worst than the ones they have in the showroom. the cusion sizes were all too small, they have gaps in between them, should be flushed instead. I informed customer service and they said I would have to bring to cushions back to their factory to have them redo the. It's suppose to take 2 weeks. It's been a month now and they're still not done. How long does it take to make 3 cushions??? \r \r Stay away!! Go to Plummers instead! Cons: bad quality, bad customer service more
