I have dined at Latitude in small groups before, and the service was slow, But I went recently, with a larger group from work (my recommendation) and we had to be very careful with bread, to pass around, so we could get one piece each, getting a glass of water was a 20 minute wait, Our Wait person was most unfriendly, and I couldn't believe the food staff that served us were so rude.\r
I ordered the Hanger Steak medium and it was well done, and tough, the chicken one of the party ordered was lackluster and dry, and getting wine, took a long time, we weren't asked in the beginning if we wanted a drink., it was very pricey for the quality of food, and service, and I most likely will never go there again. Mark the Manager said he was sorry, no offer of a dessert like most places would have .
Pros: The lounge is attractive, and in daylight the little lake is charming
Cons: Parking was very difficult .
