I've been frequenting this restaurant since the early 80's and it's definitely had a comeback in the past year or so. The food and service have made great strides and are the definitive best in Utah as far as I'm concerned. If you're into wine, which La Caille very much is, even to the extent they keep their own vineyard, make sure to talk to their sommelier who opened me up to some great new labels. I very highly recommend this place if you want to impress, but plan your night around it. \r
