I discovered this bakery by chance and walked in and they gave me a free loaf of bread. I was hooked. I used to live in Greenwich Village next to the famous Sullivan Bakery. I thought I would never again taste bread that good, but the bread for this little bakery is almost equal. If you can tear yourself away from this delightful crusted bread, try the morning scones and croissants. I still haven't tried their sandwiches but if they are made with this bread, they must be delicious. I have no idea how these owners make such a wonderful product. We have made this store a regular stop in the morning.
