I have had a really hard time finding a great stylist since moving to Raleigh. I have tried several salons and just haven't been happy. Someone recommended this salon to me so I thought I would give it a try. I am torn in my review because there were things I liked about the salon but since the ultimate outcome was my hair that is what I am going to review. My stylist was personable and we talked a bit about what I wanted and some issues I had with my hair and it seemed like she had some good ideas. It looked nice when she styled it but the next morning when I got a hold of it I wasn?t at all pleased with the look. The layers are frizzy and to light so when humidity hits it all is wants to do is frizz. It doesn?t frame my face well at all and ends up poking me in the eye half the time. She stated that the cut she was doing would give me some needed volume but it still remains flat. It looks and feels so bad that I end up having to pull it back into a pony tail. I don?t? have that wonderful, ?I just got my haircut? feel. I would go in to see if they could fix it but I will be heading out of town for 2 weeks. I guess my search is back on for that perfect cut.
