I give the Kevin Charles Salon 5+ stars. Maybe you had a bad experience with Heather but the rest of the girls are Awesome that's forsure. I would highly reccomend trying someone else the next time for the one who had the bad experience maybe trying another girl would make you happier. Hopefully Heather was having a bad day or something. Give one of the other girls a try I think you would be happy with your decision to go back. If you are looking for someone to do a great Job try Heather P. She is AWESOME!
