AIM Personnel really AIM's to help you!!! It was the best experience I have had at a ""temp"" agency. They staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you step through the door. I had just lost my job, my resume had not been updated and it really did not represent my qualifications. AIM assisted me with my resume, offering a format and tips. That resume landed me the interview!!! I liked the personal touch of meeting with someone right away. I felt like I was not just a number being sent out on assignments that I was not interested in or qualified to do.
