From the minute you walk in, you are welcomed by a friendly staff who can't seem to do enough to make you feel comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxed and the salon is like a retreat away from the hectic noise and commotion of New York City. What really matters the most is that you get a great stylish haircut from some of new York's top stylists. Everyone worries when they change salons or have a new person ""touch"" their hair. I had the pleasure of having my hair styled by Kao. He was very attentive and wanted to know exactly what i wanted him to do. Not only was the cut fantastic, but the washing and ""head massaging"" was worth the trip from the Upper West Side all the way to First Avenue and 75th. Kao is a talented professional who is caring, friendly and works his craft like an artist. I will go back to Midoma and will ask for Kao. You should do the same.
