I go just for the Carpaccio al Profumo di Tartufo... it's excellent! The filet mignon is sliced very thin and is very lean and tender. The capers are slightly fried which are perfect because they take on a salty vs pickled characteristic. The lime truffle oil brings all the flavors together. With a beautiful glass of red wine (they have plenty to choose from) I can't think of a better way to start a meal.
