There is a big problem at SportsClub L.A. There customer service is terrible. Besides the treadmills which they keep running but if something else comes up and you take the initiative to say something forget it being taken care of. First you tell the people at the club that walk around looking like they could handle the problem and get it done. But then you sorely disappointed. Then you find out who the bigger person of authority is to handle the problem and then the general manager of this operation treats you like a second class customer. Ray is the type of person that should not be in his position when he ignores the clients that belong to the gym and that are paying his paycheck and are keeping Sports Club L.A. running. Your phone calls get screened like you would'nt believe. Your a member and your getting screened or you can't get to the general manager. Good luck to them but they aren't getting my pretty penny anymore. When customer service gets like this I will take my business some place else. Especially with their monthly dues. It will eventually come back to bite them and to Ray the big G.M. I hope somebody is watching his performance. more
