Since they took over our alarm service, it has not worked. Still charging monthly services fees. When call for technical assistance to try to fix, wait on hold for 15-20 minutes before someone answers to be put on hold again and then they tell you, you must have tech service provider come out for $100 service fee. When ask for supervisor, put on hold again for 10 minutes and get voicmail and never a call back.
Pros: Absolutely NONE
Cons: Everything, system does not work, extremely long hold times for tech assists, the list goes on...
