One of the two employees (the older man) in the on-site office is not cordial towards tenants on a regular basis. He certainly does not know the positive attitude that is necessary for customer service. It is one thing to be unhappily working at a job that one doesn't like, it's another to have the attitude effect the professionalism. The quarterly newsletters and/or updates are sent out to all the tenants without being proofread. Words associated with annoyance and disdain are used throughout the newsletters rather than using a direct professional attitude of rules and regulations.
Pros: close walk to Berklee, Boston Conservatory, other shopping centers, T station, Rite Aid pharmacy
Cons: Troublesome to receive packages sent by mail, fairly noisy because close to Fenway Park
