The service dept. at Beverly Hills BMW has been unable to correct the problems in my car. It is impossible to ever talk to a manager on the phone and no one calls you back. The lack of good service and care is so evident here that I do not know why Corporate has not intervened. Also I am not sure why the sevice dept is so busy if the cars are supposed to be made so well?
