I chose this trash service because of the good price. It's not worth it. For one, they charge extra for every extra thing you may put at the curb, AND the gal answering the phone has the WORST attitude I have ever come across over the phone. She has horrible telephone manners. Since I frequently have to call to have ""extras"" picked up, I couldn't handle her attitude any longer and cancelled my service. I did tell her that her attitude was a lot of the problem, but what I really meant was that it is the ONLY thing I couldn't work with.
