Bad business ethics, poor customer service, and over-priced 10/24/2007

I drove to Panache to get Bride's Maid Dress. The Bride talked to the employees about my paying the rest that was owed on the dress. When I got there, after driving a few hours, the employees informed me that I would have to pay $230.00, instead of $27.00 like I was told on the telephone several times withing the last week. They also said that the manager said no, and that she had informed them that I had to pay the full balance on the account. I asked to speak with the manager, and they said she was suppose to call back within a hour. She finally arrived at the store about 30 minutes later, and she had no clue that they even talked to her about the problem. She had no idea what was going on and she told me several different prices. She said that the employees meant to say $227.00, instead of $27.00. She then said I had to pay for the two dresses remaining, and it would be $175.00. After a while of talking to each other about the situation, she came up with different prices every time. I would not recommend doing business with this Bridal Store. They provided very poor customer service, and everyone one of them had different stories. Cons: over-priced, bad customer service more
