I had Lance, I loved the way he styled my hair. But i was kind of disappointed in the cut. I wanted high layers, and a trim. My hair is very thin, and i need lots of volume. He trimmed my hair, but i asked him if he trimmed the high layers and he said he did... but i don't think he did. My hair is long and it looks the same (except trimmed) as the day i walked in. I paid 85 dollars after tip, and for that amount i need more than just my hair styled. I called in to make an appointment (my first time) they told me it would be 70 dollars, and than i came and got charged 75 - i didn't like that either, very inconsistent. The place is nice and very trendy, i think if you're looking for more oomph, you need to be very specific if you go here.
