Asked for my hair to be colored medium ash-blonde and - instead - walked out of their with dark red hair. Major Mistake! Not to worry. Went back the next day and Aimee rescued me -- made it look great! Best color correction I could imagine. Even when they mess up - this salon takes great care of you.
