My last trip to Sensuous Sandwich was horrible. I waited in line for around fifteen minutes, and when I went to give my order, the girl taking it was both pushy and rude. I felt like my service wasn't wanted. I then waited another ten minutes for my sandwich. I had ordered it hot, but by the time it got to me it was lukewarm and soggy. The store seemed dingy and dirty, with more dirty tables than clean. The whole experience made me feel like my service wasn't appreciated. Needless to say, I wont be going back for a while.
