My insurance company asked me to take my front end damaged car here. I was told it would take about a week. After checking in with Rainbow two weeks later, they hadn't even moved my car from the spot it had been towed to. It took five weeks to get my car back and then I had to take it to another repair shop to repair things Rainbow had installed improperly.
