Apparently anyone can come here an write things that makes their cause look better....
The first review was a complete FABRICATION. The customer did re-scheduled A SECOND date, The customer received a complete make up date with all the services WITHOUT paying an additonal dime, The customer used an extremely rude attitude thoughout the process, The customer send a cancellation notice ONE DAY before the date of his SECOND make up date,The Customer also Placed a complaint with the Business Bureau ...and the Business Bureau....... DID NOT find anything wrong with our process, conduct or our contract.
Now... he prints this incomplete statement to turnish our image.... nice guy....
We lost 7,000 the day Hurricane Rita came to shore... , we lost 7,000 when the customer blocked the second date (for the make up) and now he want' 8,500?!?!?!?!?!? THIS IS INSANE!!! A LOSS OF 22,500.... GO AWAY!!!
