I have also had less than pleasing experiences with the same lady. Yes they do carry quailty parts and hard to find small parts. They also have a wide selection. I go there for my CB supplies. I am still learning the components to a CB radio and she gets very frustrated that I do not know the terminology or specific name of the parts I need. After asking for help, she replies, ""well when you figure out what you need grab it."" Then she just walked away. I asked her if she could help me find some special connectors, she said if you can't find them, then we don't have them. Talk about customer service.
