I absolutely love ladies total fitness. I have been a member there for over a year now and can not imagine being at a better gym. The staff is very friendly and the club is the best around. Not only have I met a lot of women like myself, but built a re pore with the the members and staff. It is a very comfortable environment and has tons to offer. Personally I love the group classes and pool area, the hot tub and sauna are my favorite.The personal trainers are great motivators and very knowledgeable. I have already recommended the gym to my sister in law and mother whom have both joined, and I would recommend it to anyone else!
