Poor hospitality and customer service. I have been a customer at the Brick Oven since it opened yet have found that over the past several months not only has the service, atmosphere and general appearance suffered, the portions have been reduced significantly in size while the prices increased. The pizza is mediocre at best with a rubbery after taste. Brick Oven used to be the best italian restaurant in Westfield but I have to retract that opinion at this time. Go around the corner for a better meal.
Pros: there are plenty of other restaurants close by
Cons: no parking, drab ambience, smaller portions, unpleasant manager
