They came out to clean my air duct a week ago, and I wasn't home when the cleaner came. My mother let the guy in, he tried to get her to pay for an expensive service that wasn't needed, he was rude, and when he finished, he left. I came home an hour later, and the job was NOT done properly. He only cleaned the vents, and left the ducts dirty For the next month, I tried to get them to come back out and guarantee their work, but they gave me the run around - always telling me that someone was coming out (even giving me times and dates) or that someone would call me back, NONE of which ever happend. The last straw was after the manager assured me that one of his guys would come out this past Wednesday between 9 and 10. No one showed, and when I called to get my money refunded, they told me that they'd only refund $15! I am taking them to small claims court, and I've reported them to the the appropriate bureau. Stay away! \r
