We bought a refrigerator for our business and were told this was the 'best model.' The refrigerator did not work well from delivery (did not cool and started leaking clear water on to our floors). Called for help was told 'you have to deal with it yourself' this is a direct quote. When I tried to speak and ask question was told 'maam, I am trying to help you please be quiet for a moment' another direct quote. I was then asked if I had my serial number for the unit purchased and when I asked if they could give it to me the staff responded with 'I guess we have to get that for you.' When the conversation was over while I was thanking and saying goodbye the staff on call hung up on me.\r

Unresponsive and rude service. Product sold not as promise - though I acknowledge the fact that broken appliance is not their fault. Buy your appliances at Sears, much less pricey and way better support and customer service.
