My husband introduced me to Fitness Together and he's a genius. I was in pretty good shape but wanted to tone up and my personal trainer C.J. knew just what I needed. I mix cardio with weight training and in just a few short weeks I have already tightened up and plan to stay that way. The atmosphere is not intimidating at all and C.J. keeps the work out fun and exciting but he doesn't let me slack off. I highly recommend Fitness Together if you need to lose weight, get in shape or just keep yourself toned up.
