Though my husband and I have lived within 1 mile of Suchi for about four years we've only just recently discovered this great Indian restaurant. We went for the buffet lunch a couple of weeks ago - a great deal for $7.50 - and ever since I've been wanting to go back - that's how good it was. I made it back this week and was surprised to see that nearly _everything_ on the buffet was different - it was a whole new delicious experience. The variety of dishes is quite extensive. They have a chutney bar, fruits, puddings, soup, dousas, more than four vegetarian dishes, four meat dishes and other delights. This is the biggest Indian bueffet I've seen in the Triangle. And a lot of dishes on the buffet I've never had at other Indian restaurants or buffets. I'm use to seeing Saag Paneer and Alo Gobi on nearly every Indian buffet, but at Suchi I haven't seen them yet! The food is just so good and it's quite refreshing to try something so new and yummy. After having missed out for four years, I'm going to do my best to make up for lost time and plan to eat there often!!
