ken was consistently rude. he has no customer service skills which makes me question his ability to care for dogs. i called to check up on my dog occasionally and was consistently confronted with rude behavior. furthermore, my dog came home with an infection and the kennel was in the least bit concerned. in fact, the owners claimed to have not even noticed, but my dog was obviously sick--his eye was beet red and goo was dripping down the side of his face. when i called to complain and express my concern, i was confronted with yelling and extremely rude and innappropriate behavior from ken. he actually laughed and ridiculed me and my vetrinarian, who diagnosed my dog with the infection. i was shocked. i would never recommend this kennel to anyone and would never dream of taking another pet to this facility. take your pet someplace else!
