I called this evening to inform their patrol they have mistaken my friend's car for someone who lives in my complex. My friend has been to my complext twice and rightfully parks in the visitor parking spot. One day, he finds a warning slip on his windshield. HE DOESN'T LIVE HERE. So I called Orion to let them know they've made a mistake and avoid them towing my friend's vehicle next time he visits me. The young girl who answered the phone was short, rude and interrupted me as I tried to explain why I am calling. The conversation ended with ""Do you need help or what???"" As if I was bothering her. Imagine if someone just broke into my apartment and I needed on-site security assistance? Would I still have gotten the attitude? Having Orion Security Patrol where I live DOES not make me feel more secure. Thanks for the reassurance.
