We love El torito grill in beverly hills, we have been going there for years. When they opened up one in sherman oaks where we live we thought this is great. We went there at least a dozen times ordering our favorite dishes over a six month period. The food didn't tast the same, the service was really bad on a regular basis.Guess what we went back to El torito in Beverly hills and we where shocked on how good the service and food is every time we go back. We can drive to Beverly hills and eat at El torito and drive home in much less time than if we eat local in the sherman oaks El torito. We love El torito grill just not the one in sherman oaks. When we offered our advice to the manager on improving his restaurant service he appoligized and offered us a free meal. We said you don't understand we will never eat in this restuarant again.
