I don't have a lot of experience with other personal trainers in the area, but I can't imagine any being much better than Form Fitness. I initially approached the idea of hiring a personal trainer with a great deal of skepticism. After all, how could paying somebody to tell me what exercises to do be that much better than just getting out there and exercising on my own? But I had determined that this was one area of my life that I was going to get under control and my own attempts up to this point had been less than exemplary. So I took Form Fitness up on their free consultation/training session and the rest is history.
