I actually got engaged at the Brownstone--and the day was perfect except for the whole Brownstone part. I had read a lot of good things about this restaurant, but none of them turned out to be true. I went during Christmas, and it felt like Santa Claus threw up everywhere. The decorations were way over the top--so much so it felt cheap. I had a beef dish with some sort of rosemary butter sauce, and all I could taste was rosemary--no butter and no meat. On top of everything, the meat was tough. I would not go back here, I do not recommend it. It isn't worth what they charge.
Pros: It wasn't crowded at all.
Cons: The food was terrible.
