Blueprint has a nice selection of furniture at cheap prices. Most pieces are veneer on particle board, but look nice. However, their customer service is terrible. I was there with about six other couples in the store. There were four salespeople just sitting behind their front counter not helping anyone. I had to go and ask them for help. Three of the four salespeople avoided eye contact, while one was actually forced to work. The salesperson who ""helped"" me was very indifferent and acted as though I was a bother to him. I will never return again. Believe the other reviews when it comes to customer service. It's true that it's abhorent.
