Sportmart in Hawthorne, which is now The Sports Authority is the epitome of terrible customer service. I have never been given a harder time with returning an item before in my life and one girl, who worked in the area, actually ignored me completely and walked away as I was explaining my situation. Additionaly, my husband actually purchased an item that was in the wrong package - makes you wonder what quality assurances are implemented here.
Pros: Can find low prices/good sales, easy parking
Cons: Horrific customer service, messy displays, overall shim-sham operation
