One visit only. Not bad, just unremarkable. Not a good sign when the server was so uniformed about basic sushi information. (Never heard of bonito?) Also not a good sign when you ask a chef what fish is the best today and he casually says ""everything"". When pressed he said the hamachi, which was fine but a little bland. Rice texture was a slightly hardened, as if it had been around a while. Took way too long even though there were four chefs behind the counter. Bento boxes were very good; my sister loved the shrimp tempura. Miso soup average; green tea too strong. The scallop temaki was *much* too spicy; spicy can be good but this horrlibly overpowered the delicate scallops. Obviously a place designed to be upscale and hip rather than focused on the food.
